Lounge

Comfortably furnished with a wood burning stove, colour television with Fire Stick, DVD/video player.

Kitchen / Dining Area – Refurbished for 2021!

Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Bluetooth speaker and DAB radio.  A large fridge freezer is located in the utility area, just off the kitchen.

Very well equipped, with a dining area overlooking the cottage garden.

Bedrooms

1 Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all comfortably furnished.

Bathroom

Toilet, sink and bath with electric shower.

Snug – New for 2021!

Our new snug is perfect for the kids to chill out with comfy bean bags, SMART TV, games, jigsaws and books.

There is a utility area off the Snug which accommodates a fridge freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer.

A separate toilet and washbasin is situated off the Snug.

Gas Central Heating

The cottage is heated throughout with adjustable gas central heating and thermastatically controlled radiators.

All windows are double glazed.

Linen Provided

All bed linen and towels are provided.

For an extended booking, the linen will be changed weekly.

Garden & Parking

A private and mature traditional country garden with original outbuildings, in which garden furniture and a small barbeque for guest use are stored.  One of the outhouses can be locked and is great for storing bikes.

There is off-road parking for one vehicle.

Children

Children are very welcome.

A cot, high chair, children’s cutlery and plastic crockery are available on request. Please provide your own cot bedding.

Pets

Dogs are welcomed on agreement with the owner. An additional charge of £10 will be made.

Smoking

This property is designated non-smoking. This should be respected in all circumstances.
